How booking works
- The traveler sends a request (quick message, trip request or detailed planner).

- Availability and prices are checked with a local provider for the traveler's dates.
- A written proposal sets out the route, total price, inclusions and exclusions, who is responsible for each part, the prepayment and any balance paid locally, and the cancellation terms.
- Nothing is booked until the traveler accepts and pays the prepayment. The booking confirmation names each provider and gives their contacts.
How the site handles facts
